Misfit Psycles diSSent (Al) is constructed of 6061 aluminum. 6061 provides numerous design, cost, ride and manufacturing benefits over generic 4130 chromoly, 7005 and vastly better value then Scandium or Titanium.

6061 is (arguably) the most versatile of the alloys, offering excellent strength and elongation properties for the given budget.

Sharing the previously and repeatedly proven diSSent (Al) geometry, the diSSent (Fe) is the best made a little bit better.

Misfit Psycles diSSent (Fe) is welded in small batches by Hugh Black (True North Cycles) and constructed of genuine True Temper OX Platinum tubing.

Generic chromoly offers excessive amounts of flex (sometimes called 'compliance'), the way to counter this is to over-compensate and over-design, adding to the frames weight penalty. Riders that need to 'mash' the pedals (a typical singlespeeder) want to ensure that there is a direct power transfer.

By using True Temper OX Platinum we were able to greatly reduce the diameter of the tubing, add butting AND eliminate the need for multiple gussets. The diSSent (Fe) weights 3oz LESS then the diSSent (Al).

Misfit Psycles Nummers is a veritable Swiss Army-type Urban and Dirt Jump frame.

Designed around 26" wheels the Nummers will perform equally well with EITHER a 100mm suspension fork (for dirt) or Misfit Psycles own rigid 20mm thru-axle fork (for concrete).

The versitility of the Nummers geometry results in a frame that will ride and respond well, regardless of the discipline chosen.

Misfit Psycles Nummers is constructed of 4130 chromoly, chain tension is achieved via custom horizontal drop-outs (with a slotted disc brake mount) and requires a Spanish bottom bracket.
